Job summary

Trespass in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive the day-to-day performance of Trespass and Nevisport online stores. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work across trading, merchandising, marketing, content and development to maximise revenue and customer experience.

This office-based role requires strong analytics, commercial acumen and hands-on trading leadership to optimise campaigns, pricing, stock and site experiences across two established brands.

Qualifications

• Strong ecommerce trading experience with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills for interpreting data and driving action.
• Experience managing significant ecommerce revenue and campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Excel).
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Development.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of ecommerce trading performance for Trespass and Nevisport sites.
• Drive revenue, margin, conversion, AOV and stock-aware merchandising decisions.
• Coordinate calendars for campaigns, launches and seasonal activity.
• Lead onsite merchandising, navigation, search, pages and promotional placements.
• Analyse performance data and translate into actionable commercial plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, SEO and Development teams to optimise campaigns.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting input and trade reporting to senior management.
