BCT Resourcing is partnering with a high-volume used car superstore in Warrington to recruit a Sales Controller. If you seek more opportunity, responsibility and earning potential, this role puts you at the heart of a busy showroom, where you’ll drive performance and maximise every sale.

You will manage deals, support Sales Executives, push through objections, maintain a robust pipeline, and work with management to deliver exceptional results across a four- to five-day week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is essential.
• Experience as Sales Controller or similar is required.
• Strong closing ability and commercial awareness are important.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive showroom performance.
• Manage deals and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Help Sales Executives convert more customers.
• Push deals through and overcome objections.
• Manage pipeline, deal flow and daily activity.
• Maintain high standards from enquiry to handover.
