The business is expanding its sales team and is looking for an ambitious Sales Controller to help drive performance, maximise every opportunity and support a busy sales operation.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on Sales Controller role. You'll be right in the middle of the action.

• Supporting and driving showroom performance
• Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity
• Helping Sales Executives convert more customers
• Pushing deals through and overcoming objections
• Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity
• Maintaining high standards from enquiry through to handover
• Working closely with management to deliver exceptional results

What You Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar
• Strong closing ability and commercial awareness
• Confident managing customers and supporting deals
• Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity
• Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment

The Setup

• Warrington
• 4-5 days per week
• Long days, rota-based
• Weekend working included

The Money

• £42,000 - £49,000 basic salary
• Up to £2,000 per month bonus
• OTE £70,000+
