Job summary

BCT Resourcing is partnering with a high-volume used car superstore in Warrington to recruit a Sales Controller. If you seek more opportunity, responsibility and earning potential, this role puts you at the heart of a busy showroom, where you’ll drive performance and maximise every sale.

You will manage deals, support Sales Executives, push through objections, maintain a robust pipeline, and work with management to deliver exceptional results across a four- to five-day week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is essential.
• Experience as Sales Controller or similar is required.
• Strong closing ability and commercial awareness are important.

The business is expanding its sales team and is looking for an ambitious Sales Controller to help drive performance, maximise every opportunity and support a busy sales operation. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and driving showroom performance


• Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity


• Helping Sales Executives convert more customers


• Pushing deals through and overcoming objections


• Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity


• Maintaining high standards from enquiry through to handover


• Working closely with management to deliver exceptional results

What You Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience


• Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar


• Strong closing ability and commercial awareness


• Confident managing customers and supporting deals


• Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets


• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity


• Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment

The Setup

• Warrington


• 4-5 days per week


• Long days, rota-based


• Weekend working included

The Money

• £42,000 - £49,000 basic salary


• Up to £2,000 per month bonus


• OTE £70,000+
