Job summary

Used Car Superstore in Cannock is seeking a hands-on Sales Controller to drive showroom performance and maximise every sales opportunity. You will manage deals, support sales executives, and push through objections in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

The role offers 4-5 days per week in a busy, expanding team with generous earning potential and incentives. Weekend work is required and long days are typical.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar
• A strong closer with excellent commercial awareness
• Confident managing customers and supporting deals
• Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity
• Someone who leads from the front and enjoys a fast-paced environment
