Job summary

BCT Resourcing partner is seeking a Sales Controller for a high-volume used car superstore in Cannock. This hands-on role drives showroom performance, manages deals, and maximises opportunities to convert customers in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work 4-5 days per week with long days on a rota, including weekends. Base salary £42,000–£49,000 with up to £2,000 monthly bonus and OTE £70,000+. A strong earning potential awaits ambitious sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is essential.
• Experience as Sales Controller/Senior Sales Executive or similar.
• Able to close deals with strong commercial awareness.
• Confident handling customers and supporting deals.
• Comfortable working toward targets in a busy showroom.
• Proficient with CRM systems and tracking sales activity.

Responsibilities
