Well-Known and Fast-Growing Brand in the Torbay area seeks a Sales Controller to lead a busy franchised dealership representing a renowned international vehicle brand. The role targets showroom leadership, process control and strong commercial acumen within a supportive team.

You will drive performance, manage sales profitability and coach the team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term career prospects in a well-established dealer group.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Driving showroom activity, performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing sales processes, compliance and deal profitability
• Assisting with stock management and vehicle displays
• Coaching and developing Sales Executives
• Handling finance, part exchange and vehicle deal structuring
• Working closely with senior management to maximise results
