Command Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Sales Controller to lead a busy, high-volume automotive dealership. You will drive performance, coach a sales team and work closely with the Store Leader to optimise conversion and profitability.

The role suits an experienced Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to advance, with a hands-on leadership style and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, sales targets and conversion rates to maximise profitability.
• Coach, mentor and motivate Sales Consultants to improve techniques and engagement.
• Manage incoming sales leads and ensure effective distribution and follow-up.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with deal structures and resolve queries to maximise opportunities.
• Provide cover for Business Managers when required and support showroom operations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and contribute to reviews and satisfaction metrics.
