Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a franchised dealership for an experienced Sales Controller. The role involves coordinating the daily activities of Sales Executives, coaching staff, and driving sales and profitability through F&I processes.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will oversee enquiry management, maintain records, manage part-exchange appraisals, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction. Must have Kerridge experience and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Controller/Business Manager/Transaction Manager
• FSA regulation training or DO training to comply
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Proven experience in selling, finance, invoicing, accounts management, staff management and admin duties
• Valid driving licence

Responsibilities

Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

Role - Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager

Salary - 23k basic / OTE 50k plus

To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives

To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI's

To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability

To oversee the enquiry management process

To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained

To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.

To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals

As a Sales Controller you will be:

Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal

• To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
• To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
• To have a valid driving licence
