Our client, a franchised dealership near Guildford, is seeking an experienced Sales Controller to coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives and drive profitability through F&I targets.

You will report to the General Sales Manager and be responsible for supporting and coaching the team, overseeing enquiry management, maintaining records, and promoting a professional image while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or willingness to be trained.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
• Experience in selling, finance, invoicing, accounts management, and administrative duties.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• Support and coach to maximise sales volume and profitability with F&I KPIs.
• Oversee enquiry management process.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and finance transactions.
• Involved in part-exchange appraisals/valuations and sales deals.

Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

Role – Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager

Location – near Guildford in surrey

Salary – 23k basic / OTE 50k plus

To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives

To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s

To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability

To oversee the enquiry management process

To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained

To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.

To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals

As a Sales Controller you will be:

Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal

• To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
• To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
• To have a valid driving licence
