Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced Sales Controller for a franchised dealership near Gatwick. You will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives and support the team to maximise sales volume and profitability, including F&I profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager.
• Good working knowledge of Kerridge or DO training to build on systems and comply with FSA regulation.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude in all dealings.
• Proven experience with selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• Provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability.
• Oversee the enquiry management process.
• Promote the professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and finance transactions for performance reviews.
• Involve in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling and sales deals.

Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

Location – near Gatwick

Company car with Fuel allowance

• To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
• To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
• To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
• To oversee the enquiry management process
• To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
• To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
• To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals

About You:

• Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
• To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
• To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
• Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
