Sales Consultant - Weekend

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour (+ competitive commission)

My client is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join their weekend sales team, join a fast-growing, style-forward brand that's redefining how people create beautiful spaces in their homes.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll bring energy and confidence to every interaction—turning warm leads into loyal customers and inspiring dream interiors.

You'll thrive in a collaborative, vibrant showroom where creativity, performance, and fun go hand-in-hand. Whether you're following up a swatch request, chatting with customers online, or guiding them in the showroom - you'll help make every step of the buying journey easy, enjoyable, and inspiring.

Working Hours

Part-time

Saturday (9am - 5:30pm)

Sunday (10am - 4pm)

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships by guiding customers through their interior and furniture choices with confidence and expertise
  • Convert inbound and outbound customer communication across phone, email, live chat, and in-person showroom interactions
  • Follow up on warm leads from web enquiries and incomplete orders
  • Make outbound calls to engage with potential customers from Swatch requests
  • Manage and respond to online chat and social media messages professionally and promptly
  • Provide tailored advice based on customer requirements, overcoming objections and supporting them through to purchase
  • Deliver accurate cost calculations and clear pricing information to aid buying decisions
