Overview

Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! Temporary Sales Associate - Part Time. Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers.

As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you\'ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to help customers celebrate life events and express love.
  • Build product knowledge to respond to a wide range of customer enquiries and to support sales targets.
  • Represent the brand and culture of H. Samuel in-store with a fashion-conscious, business-casual dress code that respects individuality (tattoos, piercings, style).
  • Assist in maintaining store performance and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Interest in jewellery, products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with natural ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
