Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Redruth branch. You will assist customers at the trade counter, handle inquiries by phone and email, and help grow sales while supporting warehouse duties and local deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding needs and giving product recommendations.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Providing excellent service and building relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Proactively growing sales within the branch with existing and new customers.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, organising deliveries and displays.
• Driving a 3.5T van making local deliveries.

Sales Advisor - Redruth (TR15 3RR) - Plumb Centre

Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
• Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking, and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard
• Driving 3.5T van making deliveries to customers in the local area

This is a Full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 5:00PM and every other Saturday morning 08.00AM - 12.00PM.
