Plumb Centre in Redruth is seeking a Sales Advisor. Based at TR15 3RR, you will assist trade customers at the counter, process enquiries by phone and email, and drive local deliveries in a 3.5T van.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 with every other Saturday morning 8:00-12:00, offering a competitive salary and benefits within Wolseley Group.

Job Summary

As a Sales Advisor based in Redruth (TR15 3RR), you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
• Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking, and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard
• Driving 3.5T van making deliveries to customers in the local area

This is a Full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 5:00PM and every other Saturday morning 08.00AM - 12.00PM.
