A leading toy retail company is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant for their Bath location. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining stock. With the store open seven days a week, the ideal candidate must be flexible with hours and ready for both part-time and full-time contracts. Our stores will be open 7 days a week so you will need to be able to support us at the weekends including Sundays.
A 12-hour per week contract : you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or you might be asked to work two 6-hour shifts.
A 20-hour per week contract : you may typically be working 4.hour shifts over 5 days.
Depending on the trading hours of the store you’re applying for, having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key that you are able to work these shift patterns. This might include working hours at any time of the day, perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.

“Working at The Entertainer, there is never a boring day! From serving customers on the tills, to bringing in and working the delivery, there is always something to keep me busy on my shift. I really enjoy merchandising all the new stock that comes in, pricing it up and making it easy for customers our to shop - seeing that new toy go from the back of our wagon, through the stockroom and onto the shop floor and into the child’s hands to buy - is a really rewarding part of my job. On weekends, we get to demonstrate our best sellers to the customers, blow bubbles out of the front door to recreate the magic that’s happening inside.
