Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Wanstead, E11

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Letting Negotiator to join our client based in Wanstead, E11. As a Sales and Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole property letting process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Booking and attending viewings
• Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties
• Generating market appraisals
• Attending market appraisals
• Successfully convert market appraisals
• Marketing of new properties
• Canvassing
• Dealing with all enquiries
• Registering applicants
• Viewing Feedback
• Negotiating rent agreements and liaising between tenants and landlords
• Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
• Vendor Care
• Marketing
• Sales Progression
• Corresponding with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring all health and safety is correctly followed
• Attending lettings valuations
• Developing the market share of the sales side of the business

Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience within property sales and Lettings.
• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am - 6:00pm
• Friday 9am - 6pm
• Saturday 9:30am - 4pm
• Day off in lieu of working every Saturday

Salary Range will be:

Between £23,000pa to £23,000pa basic OTE £40,000.
