Elvet Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisors for exciting new opportunities with a leading national housebuilder based in County Durham. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping customers through every step of their homebuying journey, from first enquiry to completion, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout.

Main duties will include:
  • Greet and engage potential buyers while providing knowledgeable guidance on available homes and lifestyle options.
  • Lead both in-person and virtual tours, highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of each development.
  • Oversee the entire sales journey to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotional incentives, and property specifications to support informed client decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to help promote new releases and special offers.
Skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated background in new-build home sales, property roles, or estate agency work.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to adapt proactively to changing situations.
Role Details:
  • Up to £40,000 OTE
  • 35 hours, Thursday – Monday
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Performance-based bonus scheme
