Job summary

Wards of Kent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor. The role involves connecting with customers, promoting additional services, and delivering an exceptional property-hunting experience. You will organise viewings, host open days, and guide customers from first contact to handing over keys.

The package includes a £21,000 base salary with uncapped commission. There is a guaranteed earnings period for the first four months, followed by ongoing support to achieve a minimum combined

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
