Job summary

Douglas Allen is hiring a Sales Advisor in the United Kingdom. The role includes a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission, plus guaranteed earnings for the first four months and a minimum combined income target of £29,400.

A full driving license and own car are essential. You’ll work five days per week, with some Saturdays, and you'll organise viewings, engage customers, and drive service sales while building a memorable home-buying experience.

The Package
Basic Salary: £21,000
Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, (including some Saturdays, 3 on, 1 off)

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
