Job summary

Wards of Kent in Gravesend is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to join our team. You will help customers find their perfect home, suggest additional services, and drive sales through proactive calls and proactive customer engagement.

Role involves organizing viewings, hosting open days, and guiding clients through offers to key handover. A full driving licence and own car are essential, with a supportive environment and clear career progression.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
