Wards of Kent is seeking a proactive estate agent to drive property sales in the local area. You will market homes, list properties and advise vendors to secure the best prices while staying informed about market trends and opportunities.

This role offers a full-time pattern with a 5-day week (some Saturdays), a company car or allowance, and a strong emphasis on career growth and customer service. Training and commissions are highlighted as key benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price.
• List properties and assist vendors in selling at the best price.
• Keep up to date with market conditions and establish local expertise.
• Identify new leads and generate business to improve performance.
• Work with the team to match properties with buyers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations to drive profitability.
• In the manager's absence, lead morning meetings and motivate the team.

The Package

Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £35,000 - £40,000

Essential: A full driving license

Car Allowance: £2,500 or Company Car

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job

• Provide expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price
• Successfully list properties and assist vendors in selling at the best price
• Keep up to date with market conditions and build a reputation as a local expert

• Work closely with your team to match properties with potential buyers
• Assist the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the business, driving profitability
• Motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings when the Branch Manager is absent
