Arun Estate Agencies Ltd in Maidstone seeks a motivated Lettings Agent with at least 1 year of lettings experience. You will assist tenants and landlords, handle viewings, present offers, and progress the process, splitting time between office and property viewings.

A full driving licence and own car are essential. Salary consists of £22,750 base with guaranteed earnings for the first four months and a realistic total around £34k, plus a £2,000 car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package

The Package

• Basic Salary: £22,750 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £31,150)
• Realistic Earnings: £34,000
• Car Allowance: £2,000
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job

• Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
