Job summary

Cubitt & West is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our vibrant property team. You’ll start with daily team huddles, engage with customers to tailor our services, and deliver outstanding client experiences across viewings and settlements.

This role rewards energy and resilience, featuring uncapped commission with guaranteed earnings for the first four months, plus 33 days holiday, pension, and career progression. A full driving license and own car are essential.

Job description

Cubitt & West

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
