Job summary

Wards of Kent is seeking a Sales Advisor to connect with customers, suggest extra services, and ensure an exceptional home-buying experience. You will organise viewings, pursue opportunities, and help get offers accepted while guiding clients to their new homes.

The role rewards a positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive drive to grow. A full driving license is required, with a Saturday rotation and a supportive team culture.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
