Cubitt & West in Reigate and Banstead is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our busy branch. You’ll connect with customers, upsell services, and ensure every client leaves with a great experience, helping them find their perfect home.

The package includes a £21,000 base salary, uncapped commission with guaranteed earnings for the first four months, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, and a structured career path.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, (including some Saturdays, 1 off in 3)
