ER Recruitment has partnered with a growing Birmingham-based organisation to recruit a Sales Advisor. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities and guiding customers through the buying journey to close sales.

You will build trust, upsell where appropriate, maintain accurate CRM records and strive to meet individual and team targets. A friendly team and clear progression paths accompany a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service or customer retention.
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Positive, enthusiastic and target driven.
• Able to handle objections professionally.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment.
