Job summary

Red Recruitment is hiring a Sales Advisor to connect with existing and prospective customers from our Derby office. You will handle warm calls, upsell tariffs and products, and deliver excellent customer service in a supportive, energetic workplace.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with commission and comprehensive benefits, with full training provided and no weekend work. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, permanent role.

Sales Advisor

Red Recruitment is hiring Sales Advisors for our client where you will be responsible for connecting with existing and prospective customers.

You’ll be handling warm, inbound and outbound calls providing an excellent customer service whilst identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell tariffs, packages and products.

Please note you will have an initial two week training period from 9am - 5pm. After this you will have a two-week rolling rota consisting of:

• Week 1: 8:45am - 5:15pm
• Week 2: 10:30am - 7pm
