Job summary

ER Recruitment are partnering with a growing organisation in Birmingham to recruit Inbound Sales Executives to join a high-performing team. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into sales, with uncapped commission and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

You will build rapport, understand customer requirements, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets while maintaining CRM records. Comprehensive training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer retention, inbound sales, telesales or customer service.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
