Overview

Are you a natural at connecting with people, building relationships and understanding their needs? As a Sales Advisor with EE you’ll join the Lancaster Sales Team to talk to customers over the phone and help them choose the right products and services. It’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fun, fast‑moving environment with no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

You will talk to customers over the phone, guide them through our range of products and services, and help them make the best choice for their needs. You’ll use the comprehensive training we provide to build confidence in speaking about our tech products, adapt to each call, and stay motivated in our sales environment.

Qualifications

Resilient and driven, with a proven track record of achieving targets in a work setting. You’re adaptive, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic phone‑based sales role. Training will be provided.
