Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join our Retail team. You’ll work with an energetic group in a coastal lifestyle brand loved for its print designs and friendly culture, delivering memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, processing transactions, maintaining a welcoming store, handling deliveries, and supporting merchandising in line with our guidelines. Uniforms and staff discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to engage with customers and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Competent till operations and cash/card handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting the product and brand while processing transactions with care.
• Create an inviting in-store atmosphere and welcome customers.
• Maintain housekeeping to a high standard for a healthy store.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries
