Saltrock Surfwear Ltd. is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor for a 4-hour contract to join our retail team on the North Devon coast. You’ll engage with customers, process sales with care and help maintain an inviting store environment.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, handle till operations, and support visual merchandising while upholding our brand and customer experience. Holiday entitlements and staff discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.
• Competent at till operations and cash handling.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and demonstrate passion for product to reach sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent in-store experience and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe, tidy presentation of products.
• Provide product information, features, benefits and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines when requested.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
