Job summary

Saltrock Bournemouth is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Retail team on a 4-hour contract. You’ll work with an energetic group, helping customers and processing sales to deliver an engaging in-store experience.

You’ll help keep the store inviting, maintain high housekeeping standards, assist with merchandising and stock, and support deliveries and price changes as needed. Prior retail experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is welcome but not essential.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, making it inviting and welcoming
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard, the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keep our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines

Role
