Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor for a 4-hour contract to join our in-store Retail team. You will work with an energetic group, delivering an excellent customer experience while helping to achieve sales targets and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere.

Ideally you will be friendly, enjoy helping customers, and be confident with till operations and stock knowledge. The role includes merchandising support and processing deliveries as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, making it inviting and welcoming.
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard, the outcome being a healthy and safe store.
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and stock availability.
• Help implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Role
