Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join the Retail team in our Keswick store, delivering an excellent in-store experience for customers.

You’ll work with an energetic team, drive sales, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, keep the store tidy and merchandised, and handle till operations. Retail experience is welcome but not essential.

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product while processing sales transactions.
• Create a positive store atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a healthy, safe store.
• Provide information about products including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdown/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey
