Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 4-hour contract to join our retail team. You will work with an energetic team, delivering an excellent in-store experience for customers while helping to achieve sales targets.

The role emphasizes passion for product, friendly service, and ability to present Saltrock's coastal lifestyle. In return you will enjoy generous holiday entitlement, uniform allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to upsell and engage with customers.
• Basic numeracy for till operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales transactions at the till.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and housekeeping.
• Keep product displays tidy and replenished.
• Support merchandising and deliveries as needed.
• Provide product information and availability to customers.
• Help implement markdowns and price changes.
• Assist with loss prevention and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey

• Competent at till operations and Cash/cardhandling
• Experience in Retail would bedesirable but not essential
