Sales Advisor – Dundee

Are you a dedicated Sales Advisor in the Dundee area seeking a new role with one of the leading brands in the industry?

Our client is a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join the Sales team for their development in Dundee reporting to the Sales Manager to deliver one of their key developments in the region.

The Role :

Duties of the role will include :

• Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
• Be the constant point of reference for the purchaser , and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
• Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
• Meeting all administrative and reporting requirements according to company policies and agreed time-frames.
• Proactively undertaking market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development.
• Searching proactively for target customers and creating appointments.Measuring customer satisfaction to the required level.
• Undertaking inspections and introducing the customer to their new home.
• Ensuring familiarisation and ‘after care’ of customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
• Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy.
• Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.
