Job summary

A vehicle sales company in Stockport is seeking a Car Sales Administrator to join their team temporarily. You will be responsible for processing customer vehicle orders, managing stock systems, and liaising with departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has experience in sales administration, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. This is a temporary position with immediate start.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably within the motor trade.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Taxing vehicles and preparing all relevant documentation.
  • Liaising with Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and ensure accurate submissions.
  • Raising purchase requisitions and producing invoices.
  • Tracking order statuses and supporting internal departments.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation to manage a busy and varied workload.

Car Sales Administrator – Stockport. Location: Stockport. Contract: Temporary (minimum 11 weeks) working 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Start Date: Immediate.
