Job Description
  • Answering Global customer service enquiries which may come from businesses (retailers/distributors the company have supplied to) or end users of the product. This would be predominantly via email, webchat etc.
  • Processing orders and completing administrative requests for B2B customers globally - this includes marketplace orders such as Amazon and Walmart and utilising various different customer portals and systems.
  • Upload and maintain product database
  • Support Sales Teams in both the UK and US by providing sales/data reports - you'll need to be super excel savvy, able to do manipulate data, pull pivot tables, v look ups
  • Support in ensuring the successful implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategies to maximise profitable sales revenue and increase CTO.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

  • A background in sales admin/customer service within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience dealing with a broad range of customers (ideally businesses and end user)
  • Familiar with various email marketing software and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills - able to communicate with a Global network
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment - able to juggle and prioritise tasks effectively
