Sinclair Group in Cardiff is seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy passenger car and commercial vehicle sales team at Volkswagen Cardiff. This fast-paced role provides vital administrative support to our Sales Executives and brokers, ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles to customers.

You will handle vehicle status updates, invoicing, account duties, and liaise across departments with a strong eye for detail.

Competenze

• Previous administration experience (desirable).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Kerridge/ADP experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive team player able to work in a busy environment.

Mansioni

• Update vehicle status reports daily
• Tax and invoice new and used fleet vehicles
• Process vehicle invoices and credits
• Support the team with general administration and ad hoc accounts duties
• Liaise effectively with the Sales team and other departments
• Ensure information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy passenger car and commercial vehicle sales team. Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Volkswagen Cardiff

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Position Pays: £26,624 per annum

The Opportunity
