Job summary

Sinclair Group's Volkswagen Cardiff is recruiting a Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team in Cardiff. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage bookings, and liaise with workshop technicians to keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service background, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is required.

The Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. Working closely with our workshop team, you'll keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of both Volkswagen and Sinclair Group.
