Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and inclusion on the National Performers List.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility to practice independently.
• Newly Qualified GP having obtained your CCT in the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Assess medical conditions and manage referrals.
• Engage with PCN and NHS initiatives to improve care.
