Qualifications

  • Proven experience in compliance or health and safety within facilities management or public sector.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to influence senior levels.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems in logistics.
  • Methodical, multi-tasker resilient under pressure.
  • Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance audits and site inspections for health and safety.
  • Train and support supervisors on Health & Safety and logistics.
  • Develop and implement internal health and safety policies.
  • Advise on risk assessments and update risk controls.
  • Collaborate to embed a strong compliance culture.
