Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Release Train Engineer to facilitate Program Increment Planning and manage the Agile Release Train. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a SAFe environment, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to manage program-level risks. Responsibilities include leading workshops, fostering cross-team collaboration, and providing status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, SAFe 6.0, and Scaled Agile practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and post-PI activities.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART.
• Escalate and track program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies.
