Job summary

Far'n'Beyond Ltd. in Leeds seeks a SaaS Training Specialist to own the customer training experience and transform enablement into a scalable, repeatable program. You’ll design onboarding, deliver live and recorded sessions, and build role-based learning journeys to accelerate adoption.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Technical teams to develop a scalable training academy. UK-wide travel is expected, with an office-based role in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience within a SaaS business, training or enabling customers (SMB to Enterprise).
• Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts such as workflows, integrations or APIs.
• Experience designing structured training programmes or learning journeys.
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills, online and in person.
• Organised, process-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide when required.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes aligned to customer implementation timelines.
• Run live and recorded training sessions for customers (Leeds/UK-wide).
• Create role-based learning journeys for different user types.
• Build and maintain a scalable training academy with videos, guides and resources.
• Develop playbooks covering workflows, integrations and best practices.
• Create assessments and certification frameworks to validate learning.
• Train internal teams on platform functionality and best practices.
• Drive product adoption and reduce onboarding time through effective education.
