Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven success in managing multi-year, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of structured delivery frameworks (Agile and Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale SaaS custom implementation projects to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate internal technical and business teams to deliver customised solutions.
• Drive project governance, risk management and change control processes.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resource planning for complex programmes.
