  • Manage your own caseload, delivering evidence-based SLT to children and young people (0-19) with speech, language, and communication needs. Work across special schools, mainstream schools, and nurseries; adapt interventions to suit individual needs—from AAC and sensory strategies to early language and inclusive communication.
  • Rotate into adult services, supporting clients with communication and/or dysphagia needs. Duties include assessment, care planning, report writing, MDT collaboration, and SEND contributions.
  • Supervise assistants and students, support service development, and contribute to training and audit.
