Job summary

The successful candidate will generate and distribute compliance reports, provide expert advice on rota matters, and handle various administrative responsibilities for the Medical Workforce Team. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, with experience in an NHS staffing role being desirable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience in a busy NHS medical workforce role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute reports on rota design and compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for rota queries.
• Provide support on operational Medical Workforce issues.
• Ensure compliance with resident doctor terms and conditions.
