Exclusive Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Ansty Hall kitchen team and help deliver rosette standard dishes. You will manage a designated section, ensure top quality, and work closely with the Sous and Executive Chefs to maintain consistency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Organise and manage daily preparation and service within your area.
• Support, coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and portion control throughout service.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation processes
• Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
