Eden Hotel Collection invites applications for a Chef De Partie to lead a section, prepare, cook, and present Rosette standard food. You’ll mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices, and collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Passion for high-quality, ethically sourced produce.
• Ability to lead a section and guide junior chefs.
• Strong timekeeping and organisational skills.

• Manage a kitchen section, prepare, cook and present rosette-standard dishes.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to create new dishes.
